How are payments processed?
All payments are processed through Pay Pal’s secure server. Once you select an item for purchase, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart linked to our site via Pay Pal. You can continue to add items as needed and then Checkout when you are finished shopping. All credit card information is stored with Pay Pal’s secure system and none of the credit card information is maintained or stored by School PLANit™.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or you are able to pay via your Pay Pal account.
What are your customer services hours?
At School PLANit™, we strive to make your customer experience as positive as possible. If you do have any questions regarding any of the services or products offered, just email us at customerservice@schoolplanit.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Will I be charged sales tax?
There is no sales tax unless the delivery is made to an address in the State of Iowa.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders will be processed within 3 business days of acceptance. Normal UPS Ground delivery times are 2-5 business days for the 48 continental states, so overall delivery from the time of order should be between 7-10 business days.
What are my shipping options?

Because of the nature of our product we believe the Ground alternative will be a cost effective solution for most people, however if you would like an air shipment, please contact us at customerservice@schoolplanit.com.
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, it may be lost. Please review your tracking information and read through the following options:
- Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please email us at customerservice@schoolplanit.com with the correct shipping information.
- No tracking information available: If you can’t locate any tracking or delivery information about your package please contact us at customerservice@schoolplanit.com and we will research your delivery. Please include your correct shipping address and the customer name.
What are my shipping costs?
UPS Ground to 48 continental states: $9 Flat rate for each order. There is no additional charge for multiple systems or bags.
UPS Ground to Alaska or Hawaii:
- $25/first system (bag)
- $35/two systems (bags)
- $45/three or more systems (bags) Delivery in 5-7 business days after shipment.
Do you accept email or phone orders?
Yes, email any orders to customerservice@schoolplanit.com or fax the order to 888-553-5166. Please include your name, the items you would like to purchase, your billing and shipping address, a phone number, email address and your method of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been processed.
What is your return policy?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items do not need to be returned in their original packaging, but must be unused. We’ll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is because of a damaged good or an error on our part. If this is the case, please email customerservice@schoolplanit.com.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
If you receive a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, email us at customerservice@schoolplanit.com to request an exchange. We will send you a return label to use for the original item. Please return the original item and place an order for the replacement item. Once the original item is returned you will be refunded your original purchase price. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order.
Please note that it takes 2-3 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
Returns will be credited back to the original payment method.
